By using a laptop John would be able to get his administrations and sales done a lot quicker and would therefore be able to get to more customers. Mobile phone, this could be used to make business calls whenever he wished to do so. If John is late due to traffic he could call his client on his mobile out of courtesy to let them know. John could get a phone that had access to the internet such as the iphone and would be able to send e-mail's from their.

If John had the internet he could create a website for his company to publicise himself and reach out to more customers. Problems with incorporating ICT within his buisness is that it is not always reliable. Viruses and spam make computer's vulnerable to crashing and loosing important documents. Not every one likes to depend on modern technology.
