The word blog is a contraction of the term "Web Log", it is an online database that consits of posts and stories . When viewing a web page you will notice that the newer posts will be located near the top of the page. Older posts are pushed near to the bottom and eventually enter the blog archive. A blog usually states how many times the page has been viewed and how many users have commented. This is useful because it opens up as a big conversation on the chosen blog topic, opinions and views can be shared and often challenged in blogs. Most blogs offer a friendly, informal, chatty atmosphere. In order to get more posts on the web page the blog will have title's that are related to the following topic hyper linked to relevant pages.
