A webinar is shortened for an online Web base seminar, a presentation, lecture or workshop that is transmitted by web.

Advantages

• You don't have to go into a packed room
• Teaches people from different parts of the globe
• It can be done from the comfort of your own bed
• Some may be free

Disadvantage

• It can only be accessed at scheduled points of the day
• Slower response if you have a querie about the topic of conversation
• Some may not be qualified, it is unsure of the persons credibility
• Some may charge
